Русская версияIn Lebanon, a bomb has killed at least nine people, including a
number of soldiers, in the country's northern city of Tripoli.
The
bomb appeared to target a bus travelling in peak hour traffic.
Local media have reported that dozens of people were injured. No
group has claimed responsibility for the attack. Last year, Tripoli
was the scene of bloody fighting between the military and Sunni
Muslim extremists at a Palestinian refugee camp.
