The army also said air force jets
had destroyed a series of rebel bunkers. The latest figures come as
fighting has flared over the last several days in rebel-held
territory. The United Nations has warned of a refugee crisis,
saying there as many as 75,000 refugees, who have fled the war zone
in recent weeks.
