Zimbabwe's rival political factions are working to resolve the
country's political crisis at a two-day regional summit taking
place in Johannesburg, South Africa.
The 14-nation Southern African
Development Community meeting is reportedly examining a draft power
sharing agreement. Zimbabwe's leader, Robert Mugabe, and main
opposition figure, Morgan Tsvangirai are both at the summit.
Power-sharing talks were put on hold earlier this week after
Mugabe, Tsvangirai and the leader of a small break-away opposition
faction failed to agree on who should lead a new government.
