force on Sunday as it sweeps past the island of Cuba.
A state of
emergency has been declared by the governor of the US state of
Florida after the storm caused flooding in Haiti and the Dominican
Republic, killing four people. If the storm continues on its
present course it could hit Florida early on Monday.
